Grosse pointe location

I placed my order online for my lunch break and which i paid via online. I got to the location which stated they didn't have any meat. That was inconvenience due to the fact i drove up there and i already paid for the meal. The associated was very rude and stated it would take 72 hours to receive my funds for food i never received.

Went to store #664 for dinner on June 15, 2021. The mask mandate was over in California, but they told us we couldnt come in. We went back to our car for our mask. When we went in to order he said it would be 25 minutes before they would have chicken. This was at 5:30 pm. I thought Boston Market was known for their chicken. Did they forget it was dinner time. What a joke. We walked out and just about everyone in line walked out. Glad that isnt my business.

I went to the Boston market location in hackensack New Jersey They were very rude when I tried using a coupon my wife and I had they said they can't use it on the same order. I got something else witch came out to $4.88 and our coupon was for $5 they argued with me saying it can't be used, if that was true okay but the argument was very unprofessional and I was disgusted with how I was treated I will never go to this location again and will take further action as well

I am sitting in your location at 12500 Biscayne Blvd. North Miami Fa 33168 store #0273 . I do not eat meat and I asked what May I purchase without MEAT? The very nice older white lady doing the servings told me I may have the Sampler When I got my change back out of $10:00 I asked why I was chargedmore. I was told its because I choose Potatos and spinachI stated that its (3) items I told them to void the order I and give whatever as comes with the $6.79 Sampler.The Manager TERA came to void and was veryupset if I do not see the sign The manner in which she spoke to me as a manager was so Rude to a customer and for her Attitude was the worst She is not manager

I received a $5 off offer on any purchase from T-Mobile, but when I went to the store, workers insisted it had to be a $7+ order. T-Mobile said no that's not right, and will contact Boston Market about the issue. All of the numbers I found for Boston Market lead to a busy tone.

Recent visit to Boston Market Fayetteville NC

I went into Boston Market right before closing, i asked for a vegetable plate, had to repeat it 3 times, this guy came over no gloves and started to put the mixed veggies in a container, never asked me what/ which ones did i want, i said excuse me i never told you i wanted that he said no you said you wanted a vegetable plate, i said yes a vegetable plate only then did he say small or large, i was told a large would be 5.99 plus taxes, so i said large with double spinch and the veggies, now im at the register and to my dismay my bill went from 5.99 to now 9.61 plus tax, i said i dont understand then im told that because i got double spinch it their most popular item so it's not considered a vegetable plate and now it's an extra .35 x2 and now it's full price for each item and it is not a vegetable plate. So now im confused as to why no one of the 5 to 6 workers standing around couldn't or didn't tell me that there is no vegetable plate. I just said thanks but no thanks, i don't want to pay 10.00 for two orders of spincg and an order of mixed veggies.Pleasehelp me to understand why this happened to me and the only thing I had a taste for was the spinch.

Complaint about a store

Being ripped of with the free meal when you buy one with a drink so how did i end up paying 21 dollars and the manager said i saved 13 dollars?while we were arguing one of the workers walked over to the counter and took away the sign saying meal with 2 sides 9.99.very dirty the reason i went there was i had the coupon!!!was it just to get me back into the store???what are you going to do for me to retain my business? Other wise there are plenty of chicken places out there

Poor management and small portions.

The bathrooms had a sign saying Out of Order. This is illegal and unsatisfactory and unsanitary A month later I rushed to the bathroom there and the sign on both doors said Out of Order, Employees only. Portions of sides are ridiculously small. Cutting corners will lead to cutting out customers Also the restaurant in Bethpage is understaffed and most of the workers have poor English speaking skills.

Contact seems simple then they throw in confirmation codes, do they want feedback?

I tried to contact about service on an order then I started to think I was getting done in by the Federal Government, something simple becomes complicated, maybe a strategy to avoid getting customer feedback, under any circumstances your process needs help. Hear USA hint, you an actually learn from feedback.

Complain on employee-area manager

Walked up to enter the building at 8:00 pm and was told they were closed that drive-thru was open. We get in this 7 car line in the drive thru and they waited until youre up to the ordering station to advise they have no food.

The manager, Mario Polo and 1 female employee were very rude. Mario Polo refused to give us the number for headquarters and said my name is Mario Polo and thats all you need to know.

Employees like that will put you out of business. Please give me a call at 305-975-****.

The "Chevis" who wrote the complaint is NOT the same Chevis who has written the ridiculous comments below. If you click on the Chevis usernames, both the one displayed as the complaint author and then the one below posting childish comments, you will see it is 2 different accounts.

I am going to alert the admins of this site that they need to make it where each username is unique. This way, people can't impersonate others.

BTW: Romir and childish poster Chevis are one and the same person. He/she/It have been trolling this site for years and always out themselves by using the same verbiage over and over again.

Good luck with that, considering it is the admins of the site who are impersonating other people. At first I thought it was a random person.

But clearly the admins of the site are the ones that are impersonating others. This causes the OP to defend themselves. The site gets more visits and the admins get more money per click. Sadly this has been going on for years and won't stop since the admin are the ones doing this.

I figured this out a while back. They have many usernames Kevin Richards, Bridget, unfair hiring practices ect This is why they get away with it for years, it is not a user who is doing this but the people that run the site themselves. They even write fake reviews about how customers supposedly benefited from the site.

Anyone posting a negative review of this site is banned. Most likely they will delete your post, my post and keep the fake posts.
