Recent visit to Boston Market Fayetteville NC
I went into Boston Market right before closing, i asked for a vegetable plate, had to repeat it 3 times, this guy came over no gloves and started to put the mixed veggies in a container, never asked me what/ which ones did i want, i said excuse me i never told you i wanted that he said no you said you wanted a vegetable plate, i said yes a vegetable plate only then did he say small or large, i was told a large would be 5.99 plus taxes, so i said large with double spinch and the veggies, now im at the register and to my dismay my bill went from 5.99 to now 9.61 plus tax, i said i dont understand then im told that because i got double spinch it their most popular item so it's not considered a vegetable plate and now it's an extra .35 x2 and now it's full price for each item and it is not a vegetable plate. So now im confused as to why no one of the 5 to 6 workers standing around couldn't or didn't tell me that there is no vegetable plate. I just said thanks but no thanks, i don't want to pay 10.00 for two orders of spincg and an order of mixed veggies.Pleasehelp me to understand why this happened to me and the only thing I had a taste for was the spinch.

User's recommendation: Expect higher prices and less food. It saves Boston market money but they are losing customers by giving less and charging more.
Contact seems simple then they throw in confirmation codes, do they want feedback?

Complain on employee-area manager
Walked up to enter the building at 8:00 pm and was told they were closed that drive-thru was open. We get in this 7 car line in the drive thru and they waited until youre up to the ordering station to advise they have no food.
The manager, Mario Polo and 1 female employee were very rude. Mario Polo refused to give us the number for headquarters and said my name is Mario Polo and thats all you need to know.
Employees like that will put you out of business. Please give me a call at 305-975-****.

The "Chevis" who wrote the complaint is NOT the same Chevis who has written the ridiculous comments below. If you click on the Chevis usernames, both the one displayed as the complaint author and then the one below posting childish comments, you will see it is 2 different accounts.
I am going to alert the admins of this site that they need to make it where each username is unique. This way, people can't impersonate others.
BTW: Romir and childish poster Chevis are one and the same person. He/she/It have been trolling this site for years and always out themselves by using the same verbiage over and over again.
Good luck with that, considering it is the admins of the site who are impersonating other people. At first I thought it was a random person.
But clearly the admins of the site are the ones that are impersonating others. This causes the OP to defend themselves. The site gets more visits and the admins get more money per click. Sadly this has been going on for years and won't stop since the admin are the ones doing this.
I figured this out a while back. They have many usernames Kevin Richards, Bridget, unfair hiring practices ect This is why they get away with it for years, it is not a user who is doing this but the people that run the site themselves. They even write fake reviews about how customers supposedly benefited from the site.
Anyone posting a negative review of this site is banned. Most likely they will delete your post, my post and keep the fake posts.
