Boston Market - Very rude customer service

Boston Market - Horrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with the store in Crestwood IL a month ago. I filed a complaint and spoke with Manager of the store. She said she would send gift cards for the poor service. I have yet to receive any gift cards, call or just an email explaining why I have been ignored for over a month!

Boston Market - Bad service in general

You guys should really train the crew dealing with the customers, no “thank you”, “May i help you”, Good afternoon, “Thanks for coming”.... nothing ever. And last time I ordered the chicken barbecue bowl online , it didn’t come with tortilla chips.
