I'm a Pharmaceutical Rep who typically spends $2K each month on Catering. I have been ordering Boston Market through EZCater for the last 3 years. Last week alone I spent $900+ with Boston Market, using them for lunches Tuesday and Thursday.
On Friday with 4 hours notice, I had to reschedule a $200 lunch to the following Wednesday and they wanted to charge me not a cancellation fee, but the full amount! I was going to use them on Wednesday but NEVER again.
EZCater agreed to absorb the cost because no one could be bothered to call me back when they told me they would, they gave me an additional $200 credit.
Clearly, Boston Market does not need/want my business and I will never-I mean NEVER spend 1 thin dime with them again!!!! Greedy rude jerks who don't appreciate customer loyalty.
