Boston Market - Need to change policy of non delivery of food
A Doordash driver failed to deliver an order to a friend that paid for and come to find out that Both Doordash and Boston Market has an agreement unbeknown to the customer that if the order is not delivered the driver can either discard it, give it to someone homeless....bad policy!!!!! I will not be buying anything else from Boston Market after this incident unless I get my refund..

Boston Market - Recent visit
I visited Boston Market and i’ve been disappointed. I spent almost $40 and I looked at all my receipts and every receipt was different. Come to find out you guys change the menu to premium items and added an extra $.25. In my opinion I think that’s not right if a customer comes in there wanting an item you shouldn’t charge an extra $.25 per item. This makes me not want to return to Boston market.
Boston Market - Annoyed
I orderrd 2 prime rib dinners for fathers day the prime rib on 1 was thin snd slmost half in grease the other was dry and slso thin cut i went go manager he said thats the way they are i shiwed him the picture and said then thst improper advertising and he said well i then left my food and wslkrd out.
