My wife ordered your meal online 11 19 2018 I went to your Torrance Boston Market restaurant store number #1050
My wife is at work so she couldn't pick the order up so I used her visa card and purchase the food for the total of $85.97 I purchase the food at 1:58 p.m. I did not receive my food until 2:45 p.m.
. The problem was the cashier name was Adriene h, charge my wife card Visa number ending in 4684#, the manager by the name of Gloria Magana, I gave her my receipt and she asked me this is not the one that is from today, I told her this is the receipt that I received from the cash register, I also showed her a picture of the transaction of my bank account she basically said okay no problem I still wait it I went back about after 25 minutes and said what is the problem she said that she need to check and make sure everything's right I told her okay so 35 minutes passed by still no food no one came to us and asked us to do anything to drink or anything at all we set there were other people can't in the store ordered a food 8th and laugh and also pick up their food that they ordered very unprofessional of the manager, she wouldn't have back and passed the receipt over to one of the other employee by the name of Joseph, he apologized to me for the inconvenience maybe 4 times Gloria the manager disappeared I never seen her again I wasn't loud disrespectful I just wanted to know what is going on and how come we waited over 45 minutes to receive the food that my wife paid for online when other people came in sat down and ate order food picked up their packages and left and we still was there waiting unacceptable can you please get back to me I would really appreciate it, my name is Michael Jones Thank you.
