I went to pick up my whol turkey on Christmas Eve. My turkey was sitting in the lobby of the store on a box - NOT REFRIGERATED !!!!
The juices were running.
I did not know it was my turkey until after i paid over $50 to the cashier and then the Manager in charge. I inquired "why was my turkey not refrigerated"? I arrived earlier than scheduled from work. I dont know how long it was out in the lobby because it was cool not cold.
I was told to ask for Manager Alex or Alec after the holidays.
My brother arrived home from Germany this year and my Mom is dealing with health issuses. Ive puchased this turkey a few years ago at the Arlington TX lication. Tbe Desoto TX location custimer service was horrible.
