Bel Air Boston Market owes me a refund for food ordered but not there when I went to pick up on Christmas Eve. They Charged my credit card for $186.66 and I cannot get anyone to call me back to resolve and refund my money.
I have called catering at least 5 times. Every time I am told that they are logging a report and someone will call me back. No one calls me back. I am out of $186.
My Christmas Eve dinner was ruined. When I try to call Headquarters only option on phone is directory of employees or HR -- this is not what I need.
