i went to Boston market about a month ago and did the comments and review on the receipt that they give you.and my complaint was that i was in line and they didn't ask me right away if i been served then when i order the cheese spinach i had to wait like 15min.

then i would of thought they would of gave me a little more then what i got. like a said in my comments that when i go to MacDonald or some other place and i waited a long time they offer you something but i got nothing no sorry for the wait or anything. and i don't know if you think i am after something for free or what but i am not saying it just for that. you ask for people comments then your company should at least respond to the complaint and do offer something to them.

so i will not buy anything except for the cheese spinach it is good.

and i was going there to your restaurant a lot.
