On March 8th, 2023Worked all day then we had an emergency delivery to make out 3 hours - so 6 hours total in travel. We had skipped lunch and just grabbed snacks at the gas station for the trip because it was time sensitive.
When as we were getting back to Columbus we realized it was getting late and needed to eat actual food.
I had received a coupon via text from Boston Market earlier that day and realized even though I honestly had only $25 in my bank account I could get us both dinner since lately it has been whatever is in the cabinet that i can try to turn into a meal. And after working 7-330 and then driving 345-930 we deserved it!
I ordered our meals as we were driving back about 25 mins out. We picked out our sides and didnt go extra crazy because financially we felt blessed to be getting a good hot meal. I placed the order at the West Broad St, Columbus OH location which is right down the road from where we needed to drop off the truck.
Our order was accepted and the app said that our order was in and would be ready in 25 mins.
We were a bit early & it didnt look very open but nonetheless we went to the drive through. No one was there we went to the window - no one was there. I called and we could hear the phone ringing inside. We went to the door, there was a crudely written sign on the door that said verbatim including misspelling, I am sorry but we were forced to close today due to supply cain issues I was aghast and my cars had been charged!
So I called customer service and got the message due to heavy call volume we cant take your call, leave a message ok really at 935pm on a weekday night.
I left a message, ive now left 5 messages! No response! No refund! No acknowledgement at all.
Every time Ive called at all different hours on different days Ive gotten the same message. I dont think that they even answer the phone period.
It may seem like a small amount or that I could call the store itself again, but I figured corporate should know about it and since we didnt get the food I paid for and it was a one day only coupon I felt triple screwed.
Now it was too late to order anywhere else that wasnt fast food , I had no money to even buy something if there was & the coupon was only for the one day. I dont know what else to do to get these people to refund me and in my opinion should offer a gift card or something due to how poorly handled everything has been and that a month later knowing the restaurant was closed when my order came in would at least issue a refund.

Preferred solution: A full refund, apology. And a gift card for future use. Honor the coupon another day. Things are incredibly tight. My mom is in the hospital and his mom needs to be. No time, no money. No Boston market.

This doesn't even deserve a single star.
Ordered from Boston Market in Margate, FL online and was charged for a meal/delivery that I never received. Drove to the store after calling the number provided for "delivery issues" in the order confirmation email 29 times to be exact, only to discover that the store is closed. Unaware of the closing/going out of business of Boston Market, I did some research and my question is: why is the online ordering system still up and running if none of the South Florida locations are open anymore?
I expect a full refund to my credit card charged for $19.52 on December 7, 2023.

Horrible Service and Awful Food Quality
I went to the restaurant in Woodbridge, Virginia last night to get a late meal for some relatives who came into town unexpectedly and spent $50.00 and what I received was embarrassing! The Chick was so dry that it was like chewing gum and had no flavor to it.
This is not an exaggeration either. The mashed Potatoes, which used to be one of my favorite sides by far were horrible. Obviously instant with no seasoning. Tasted like water.
Unseasoned corn and broccoli, and gravy that was so salty I had to throw it out. Thank God I didn't pour it over the chicken before serving it. I also ordered Meat Loaf which was the only thing that tasted half decent. I had to put everything else in pots and add seasonings to get any taste out of them.
I ended up making my own gravy and cutting the chicken up that wasn't crusted and adding it to my gravy so it would have some taste, but it was still dry and chewy. Lastly, I told the people that I did not want any Corn Muffins because I just don't care for them, and asked if it would be possible to substitute them with an additional side which they have allowed before, and that lady gave me a flat out NO. She said they come with the meal, and I told her I realize that but since I wasn't getting them , could I get a small side to replace them and she told me no again. I ended the conversation by saying, "WOW" and she just smiled and walked away.
I can assure you I will NEVER eat there again if this is how the food and service will be and I will pass this on to everyone I know. I used to have them cater for my basketball team every year for our team meals but I will find someone else this season. I have been eating at that BM for many years and have never had an issue there till last night. Very disappointing.

The store employee who seemed to be the only one working did not complete our online order. When we got there he told us he didnt have three of the sides and that he didnt have the 12 cornbreads.
He also gave us food that was different from what we order d. For instance the mac and cheese was similar to a baked Mac and cheese and bow tie pasta not spiral noodles. It was way over salted and very disgusting. The chicken was suppose to be whole rotisserie but was only small cut up pieces.
I tried to call and speak with someone but there is no way to communicate with anyone. He did not refund any money and did not offer any substitute. He basically stole from me and made me so uncomfortable I didnt want to have a confrontation so I just left. He also commented he wasnt making food today because he didnt get a chance to smoke this morning.
Our order was for pick up at 11:30am. Im trying to reciece a refund for the food that was not received at least!

They probably closed because many of them are across America.
They cannot afford rent, supplies, payroll, etc. They filed for bankruptcy in December.
It was the one in Brooklyn, Ohio
