Here we go again, another fool playing the race card. It is a shame that your watch was stolen, but that has nothing to do with your poor performance.

If you did not do your job right they won't want you back regardless of your watch being stolen.

I have a feeling you were fired because you are not a team player. You bash your coworker making you a bad team player.

Refund (I’ll accept $250) or my watch back simply. Some sort of compensation will be needed. No food or discounts regarding BM for me.

Have not received refund. Bad experience.

This store actually Took my online order and charged my card, but it was closed for no known reason and I have yet to receive my refund back. I do not recommend this store or the company as they are on organized and apparently unable to not commit a crime by not sending my money back.

No roast in the beef pot roast

I purchased the beef pot roast frozen dinner. However it did not have any of the beef pot roast. It had all the vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy but not one piece of roast. Product info panel shows: BJ 9/15/2002 EST-182** ** 23:28 1258. WHY NO ROAST?

Horrible Service

Abington PA. Rude employees that had to be told to wash their hands. I waited 30 mins and then was told that they had no turkey, even though it was the first question I was asked. They were not wearing masks or gloves and one employee was picking her nose. An employee argued with a customer and then the employee walked out. Disgraceful, unprofessional, inappropriate and intolerable behavior.

Poor food . Dry chicken, small pieces

Sunday Evening 10 3 21 we stopped at the Phoenixville Boston Market for three take-out meals to take to a friends house. The usually delicious meals were an embarrassment to us as the chicken portions were small , i'm thinking dehydrated, vegetables undercooked, hard Mashed potatoes were great. We normally use the Pottstown, Pa. Boston Market and have never had any problems. There comes a time when food has set too long and should be disposed of. Phoenixville Boston Market needs an inspection and some instructions. Thanks, WRD

Order and closed location

Never revived food after I ordered and paid on line. The employee was very rude and didnt even try to help figure out what happened to my order. This is the location on Southfield Road in Allen Park, Mi.

Why are you bothering the employee, they don't run the app. Go to a restaurant, order, pay and walk out...

Burnt chicken every time

Every time I go to the one in Livonia Michigan the food is burnt no one there to tell you a complaint to they will not let you in is drive-through only it's been like this for a while the pandemic is basically over I need answers now

Local Store Receipts

I have given the local store my info but it doesnt hit my account or they tell me there is a system problem but when I contact the main site to enter my receipt info, the receipt #'s always show invalid. Then when I try to contact Boston Market on the website there is no direct link and in this case no one has returned my concern and the site doesnt give me a way to see if I received credit on my account.
