Boston Market - Need to change policy of non delivery of food
A Doordash driver failed to deliver an order to a friend that paid for and come to find out that Both Doordash and Boston Market has an agreement unbeknown to the customer that if the order is not delivered the driver can either discard it, give it to someone homeless....bad policy!!!!! I will not be buying anything else from Boston Market after this incident unless I get my refund..
