Was semi-cold, not fully cooked, almost like a leftover, and mashed potatoes and gravy were sour. Could not eat anything from both meals ordered.

Im wondering what you would think about one of your managers celebrating and being happy that a celebrity has died just because your employee doesn't like this celebritys political views. Hulk Hogan passed away today and your employee Christine Blake (columbus Ohio branch) is posting all over channel10 on Facebook that she is extremely happy he has died because he is a republican.
Is this what your company condones? Her Facebook page is full of so much hate its sad.
Dirty workers
(UNION NJ 195)They put hair in my food and I called on the phone to pick up a replacement, I had no problem. I went in the store they gave me a hard time saying I put my own hair in the food.
This disrespected me as a customer stating I didnt know what I was talking about. Taking 15 minutes. My partner was frustrated and after he came out the car they gave the food and started smiling at him. He then cursed them out as they were recording him.
They said they had hair nets on by they didnt. I dont recommend

Food was horrible an I spent 65 dollars Ive never had a problem with this an I didnt recieve my cornbread either I drove 55 mins to come to this place since they closed down all the other stores to drive this far is insane for my food to be discussing

Poor service
Poor service and sides watered down distorting the natural flavors out side items diminishing the brand
User's recommendation: Since You no longer Have the original signature ribs at least allow people to Test taste to see if The ones you currently sell Are even In comparison Because I purchased the ribs months ago You first change the distributor and they were awful Uncooked I knew right away Unfortunately it was a waste of my money And I did not take the time to go back to even get a refund because it would just take more time out of my day. So then I just Visited After Well over what I would say a year to see if they change the distributor back to the signature distributor of ribs that were very mouth-watering and tasted very good And I asked if I were able to sample the ribs and I was told Honda na Disgruntled way No Buy a foreigner working behind the counter It seems that the one on Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia Pennsylvania is predominantly Operated by foreigners To which you can barely even understand It appears they were Haitian And The disposition was not So my suggestion What really be To try to get diversity In the establishment In addition Train the staff To be more realistic and understanding to the fact that when you change manufacturers without telling your customers You will lose customers after they lose their money On bad food Or food that is Purposely distorted Of The Taste to stretch The servings Boston Market should be doing Qc And secret shopper Intervention to make sure that it's brand Will potentially live on And up to the expectations that it once had and then only then maybe will more stores be able to reopen back up. Soda was nothing but water. I took it back to the store, and they told me to get another one from the fountain.
The fountain was leaking all over the floor. Soda was nasty. The food was bland, with no taste, and smelled funny.
I couldn't eat it. The $20.00 spent was a waste.

I am still waiting on my refund from the Boston market meals I never received cause they didn't have the ribs. 41.90 was taken off my card cause I ordered online.
Called refund line phone number several times still haven't received my money.
Been lied to and all I want is my money back. I will never ever go to this establishment again.
I spoke with some company that processes the refunds, not impressed they lied just like the Boston market employee. Waiting on my refund 5-10 days, which I should have gotten the e day this happened. I not only didn't I get my food, but I got to wait on my money and was lied on by Boston market employee and lied to by refund company who first told m I would be refunded in 24 hours.
Enter the restaurant after placing an online order. The manager said they had just brought in food to cook and they didn't have the ribs dinners that I purchased. He gave me the number to call to get a refund, then told the person from the refund company that I wouldn't wait for the order, which is a blatant lie.

I got takeout, this is not my 1st time. Both times the food has been horrible!
Today was the chicken fried chicken, potatos and mac n cheese.
This looks like 2 frozen chicken patties from the grocery store, the mac n cheese was flavored water and the potatoes are runny like baby food. I will never support this store again.
Ive heard many horrible stories about this particular location, I dont see how its still in business. Desoto Tx 75115

The Boston Market in Lodi, New Jersey, on Essex Street: please stay away from this place. I wasted a hundred dollars on 1/13/2025.
The chicken and turkey were dry and salty. The sides were watered down.
Please stay away; you have been warned. To enjoy your dinner, go to Popeyes or KFC.

Boston Market is getting ready to close their final 27 locations and then this chain will be a vague memory from the past. Considering landlords, employees and vendors have gone unpaid, I highly doubt you are getting any refund.
