ordered family package online , when we got home there was 2 sides orders missing , when we called the manager named mo said it was impossible and he wasn't giving us the sides we were missing . I went up there and he was arguing with me saying he did the order and no way he made a mistake .
I told him I wouldn't waste my time coming all the way back for 2 missing side orders but the way he spoke to my wife was totally unacceptable and I wanted what was missing .
he did give it to me with a attitude . your food is great but you need to retrain the manager mo in the Bethpage store .
